Mexican Holiday Cooking Class – Fundraiser Benefiting Sonoma Family Meal

In this hands-on 2.5 hour class, you will learn the breakdown of how to make several beloved traditional Mexican holiday dishes, including step-by-step guidance to master the art of tamale-making. You will work in teams to prepare all the food under the Chef’s guidance, and then enjoy the meal together family style! We provide the recipes to take home.
