Have you held in your hands something meticulously crafted\, something that so clearly was built with love and intention? \nArts and crafts carry the power to communicate in a way words seldom can. This is what you can experience on Saturday\, December 13\, 10 am to 4 pm\, here at the Center. \nOver sixty artists and crafters have generously donated their works\, and they are all available to purchase. All proceeds support our community. \nAnd there are cooks and bakers who are donating their time and talents to share chili\, cornbread\, and deserts–so bring your friends and family.

In addition to America the Beautiful\, you will hear the haunting theme that played eleven times during Ken Burns’ Civil War documentary . There will be excerpts from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite\, and Count Basie’s re-working of a 700 year old hymn.
